In what way is our outlook on the future connected to the events of Genesis 3? 

Because of sin, the future and trouble go hand in hand. Because of sin, life is hard, enemies are real, and sorrow and suffering are exist. That being said, how might the way Joseph understood God always being with him be of comfort to us? How can knowledge of God’s presence help you step into the future?

In what way is the hope that Christ offers better than just enhancing life here on earth?

How might the many examples of divine intervention which preserved the path for Christ’s coming give us hope for the future?

If Christ is the one who will take the scepter of Judah and whom all the nations of the earth shall obey (Gen. 49:10), then why don’t we see that happening now that he has come?
