Discussion Questions:

Read 1 Peter 2:4-9 as a group.

Was there anything significant or meaningful to you from this Sunday’s sermon? Questions? Concerns?

How do Peter's comparison of the body of Christ to mini-temples and priests inform and encourage the church (think of Old Testament purpose and foreshadowing)? How should this inform who we are and what we are to do?

Which One Anothers* does the church do well? Which do we need to be more intentional about living out? Which are the easiest and hardest personally to live out? Why?

How has God gifted you to love/serve the body of Christ? How could you use that gift for the good of brothers and sisters in Christ and for God's glory better?

What is most intimidating about intentional and authentic community life with other Christians? What is most exciting about the prospect?
