Forward in the Name of the Risen King

Read Acts 1:1-11.

Is Christ your King? How so? 

What difference does knowing that Jesus has risen from the grave make in your life?

Why is it important for Christians to know what Jesus taught? How are you growing in your knowledge of his teaching?

Why is it important for Christians to have a proper understanding of the kingdom of God? What is your place in it?

What does it mean to be Christ’s witness? What difference does the empowering of the Holy Spirit make in your ability to be a witness?

Are you living with the expectation of Christ’s return? How so?
