What do verses 21 and 22 reveal about Paul’s underlying motives? Why did he want to visit the places mentioned?

What motivates you to make plans and go to the places that you do?

Why did Demetrius seek to rile the tradesmen of Ephesus? What motives does he appeal to in verses 26 and 27?
