1. What can we learn about Paul’s ministry from verses 1 and 2? Why do you think Paul
focused on encouraging others?
2. Paul was known for speaking words of encouragement to fellow believers as he traveled. How have you been encouraging others in the Gospel lately?
3. Why do you think it was important for Paul to build teams?
Read Acts 20:7-17.
4. Why did Paul talk and teach all night while in Troas? As followers of Jesus, how can we make time for quality interactions with others as we speak the truths of the Gospel?
5. What are some of the greatest needs you see around you? Where does your joy or giftings best meet those needs?
6. How can you encourage one another in the Gospel today?
7. This week, remember to pray for those who have discouraged you and find ways to encourage them through your words or actions.
